In July 2023, the Young ISMIVS Committee was formally established in order to respond to the development trend of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, and further consolidate the core group of young physicians.
为顺应微无创医学发展的趋势，进一步凝聚中青年微无创医学骨干的力量，推动微无创医学的发展。2023年7月，国际微无创医学会“青年委员会”（以下简称“青委会”）正式成立。
As the youth force of the new era in the field of minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine, the Young ISMIVS Committee carries the important mission of enlightening medical innovation and leading the development of this field. It will become a solid pillar to promote the breakthroughs in minimally invasive and noninvasive medicine to new heights through its unique vitality and profound deposits.
青委会作为微无创领域新时代的青春力量，承载着启迪医学创新、引领微无创技术发展的重要使命，将凭借其独特的创新活力和深厚的专业积淀，成为推动微无创领域不断突破、迈向新高峰的坚实砥柱。
In medicine, a group of passionate young physicians, who harbor the love and persistence for minimal invasiveness and non-invasiveness, keep exploring and moving forward. They are the members of the Young ISMIVS Committee, who contribute to the development of this field with their enthusiasm and wisdom.
在医学的广阔天地里，这样一群热血的青年医者，他们怀揣着对微无创医学的热爱与执着，不断探索、不断前行。他们，正是青委会的成员，他们以青春的热情与智慧，为微无创医学的发展贡献着自己的力量。

Nowadays, breast and uterine diseases pose significant challenges to women and can severely impact their quality of life. With advancements in technology, our mission is to enhance public awareness of uterine and breast health while advocating for organ-preserving, non-invasive treatments, such as focused ultrasound ablation.

The Yangtze International Summit of Minimally Invasive and Noninvasive Medicine started in 2013 and has been successfully held in Chongqing, China 5 times up to 2023, with the participation of more than 3200 domestic and international professionals. This significant academic event aims to share the latest progress made in the field of minimally invasive and non-invasive medicine. Minimally invasive and non-invasive treatments have become the trend of modern medicine, among which the focused ultrasound ablation technology, as a representative technology of non-invasive treatment, is leading the development of minimally invasive and non-invasive medicine, providing a new and better option for doctors and patients.
国际微无创医学长江高峰论坛始于 2013 年，截至 2023 年已在中国重庆成功举办 5 届，共计 3200 多名国内外专家参与。该项重要学术活动，旨在分享微无创医学领域取得的最新进展。微无创治疗已经成为了现代医学的发展趋势。在这些治疗方法中，重庆医科大学研发的聚焦超声消融技术，作为一种无创治疗的代表技术正在引领着微无创医学发展，为医生和患者提供一种新的或者更好的选择。

Study on the safety and efficacy of HIFU in the treatment of VaIN
高强度聚焦超声治疗阴道上皮内瘤变（VaIN）的安全性和有效性研究

This study aimed to investigate the safety and efficacy of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatment for vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia(VaIN).
|
本研究旨在探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗阴道上皮内瘤变（VaIN）的安全性和有效性。
|
Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical, pathological, and follow-up data of 43 patients who underwent HIFU treatment for VaIN.
|
研究对 43 例接受 HIFU 治疗的 VaIN 患者的临床、病理及随访资料进行回顾性分析。
|
All patients completed the HIFU treatment, with an average treatment time of 5.99 ± 1.25 min, treatment power of 3.5 W, and average total treatment dose of 1118.99 ± 316.20 J. Patients tolerated the treatment well, experiencing only slight pain with a VAS score of 3. No complications occurred during the procedure and the follow-up period. That shows that HIFU is a safe and effective treatment for VaIN.

所有患者均顺利完成 HIFU 治疗，平均治疗时间为 5.99±1.25 分钟，治疗功率为 3.5 W，平均总治疗剂量为1118.99±316.20 J。患者对治疗耐受性良好，仅有轻微疼痛，VAS 评分为 3 分。治疗期间及随访期间均未发生并发症。表明 HIFU 是一种安全有效的 VaIN 治疗方法。

Safety and efficacy of transvaginal natural orifice endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) for gynecologic procedures in the elderly: A case series of 119 consecutive patients
经阴道自然腔道内镜手术（vNOTES）用于老年妇科手术的安全性和有效性：连续 119 例患者的病例报告

This study, which enrolled 119 patients, evaluates the feasibility and safety of Transvaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (vNOTES) in patients aged ≥65, focusing on early surgical outcomes for benign and malignant gynecological conditions.
本研究纳入 119 例患者，评估经阴道自然腔道内镜手术（vNOTES）在 ≥65 岁患者中的可行性和安全性，重点关注妇科良性和恶性疾病的早期手术结果。
|
There are some highlights below 亮点如下：
|
1. vNOTES is feasible and safe in elderly patients, with complication rates similar to other minimally invasive approaches.
|
2. The complication rate correlates with surgical complexity, concomitant surgical procedures, high ASA score and high BMI.
|
3. The benefits of vNOTES in the elderly are short hospital stays, fast recovery, low pain scores and limited use of opioids.
|
1.vNOTES 在老年患者中可行且安全，并发症发生率与其他微创手术相似。
|
2.并发症发生率与手术复杂性、合并手术次数、高 ASA 评分和高 BMI 有关。
|
3.老年人使用 vNOTES 的好处是住院时间短、恢复快、疼痛评分低和阿片类药物的使用有限。
